The North Pointe commercial area will offer an eclectic blend of retail, featuring both local and national retailers, restaurants, office and medical office space, a hotel site, and the possibility of other commercial development including a senior living facility. As part of the April 2026 rezoning approval, the commercial component of North Pointe has been refined to 250,000 square feet, allowing the development to better serve the needs of the community and the surrounding Route 29 corridor.

With residential construction well underway and Phase II actively selling, commercial development at North Pointe is the natural next chapter for this growing mixed-use community. We look forward to sharing more details as planning for the commercial area progresses.
